JEDDAH POLYMER CPVC pipes and fitting are manufactured in PAKISTAN by using High Quality of CPVC RESIN from KENEKA CORPORATION, JAPAN and further compounded in SAUDI ARABIA by ARABIAN PLASTIC COMPOUND. Our products are fully meeting or exceeding the requirements of ASTM material and dimensional standards.
JEDDAH POLYMER products are maintained through the operation of Quality Assurance System over both raw materials and finished products which guarantees the right materials for hot & cold water installations demanding a safe, tough and reliable system.
The Factory
The three storied factory building spreads over a vast area with two additional basements exclusively for maintaining adequate inventory levels, to ensure prompt supply of all sizes
all the time. At Jeddah Polymer high quality uPVC pipes are being produced on the State of the Art Pipe Extruding Plants in accordance with International Standards.
Quality Assurance
To guarantee premium quality uPVC pipes, Jeddah Polymer has a well equipped in-house laboratory capable of carrying out the stringent quality evaluation tests as recommended in specification. Jeddah polymer is committed to produce high quality uPVC pipes and fittings, ensuring use of high quality raw material to fulfil the requirement of its customers and continue improvement. To maintain consistent quality the samples of produced pipes are sent to independent laboratories periodically and the reports obtained from there are matched with internal evaluation reports.
Product Range
The extruded product range of JEDDAH POLYMER includes uPVC, cPVC pressure and non pressure pipes for water and sewerage distribution lines and conduits for Electric and telecommunication installations and are accepted for use in over and underground applications for concrete encased or direct burial.
